Pack Your Items
Carefully place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective dust bags are included to maintain product quality.
Attach the Label
Print your prepaid shipping label generated from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off & Refund
Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
